Our freehub bodies (also referred to as drivers) are made from 6-4 Titanium and are only compatible with White Industries hubs. These modern versions are made to work with 11 and 12 speed cassettes (but can work with older cassettes) and are compatible with all our current hubs and some older models (see link below). They feature pockets for 3 pawls/springs and will accept 24T or 48T pawls depending on the drive ring in your hub. Most of the hubs weve made in the last 3 years will have the 48T drive ring and pawls installed but its always good to confirm what you have by counting the teeth in the drive ring (inside the hub body) or calling us for guidance.

It is possible to retrofit your hub to a 48T drive ring and pawls but it requires a drive ring tool which aint cheap (RRINGTL24) in addition to the parts. You will also have to confirm your hub is compatible with these newer freehub bodies by consulting the link below or calling us to help you figure it out.

*Freehub bodies include bearings and springs, not pawls. Your old pawls will work fine unless damaged.
